Holo is free to use. These terms also cover the optional paid packs.

Your photos

Only use photos you have the right to use, and only make cards of people with their permission. No cards that mock, harass or sexualise anyone, and none of children other than your own. You keep all your rights in your photos. They stay on your device, and we never receive them.

Paid packs

The Collector Pack and the Family Deck are digital files, made on your device after you pay. Nothing is posted to you. Packs are sold by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment and any tax.

What you can do with them

They’re for your own personal use, which includes printing them and giving them to family and friends. Please don’t sell them. The Holo card design stays ours.

Rarity

Rarity is rolled free in every pack, at the odds shown on the home page. It can’t be bought, and paying doesn’t change it. Cards have no cash value and can’t be traded through Holo.

Refunds

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a pack doesn’t work or isn’t as described, email us and we’ll fix it or refund you. We also don’t mind refunding an honest mistake: just ask within 14 days.

The 3D

The shape is an estimate from one photo, so it’s a bit of fun rather than a true likeness. Cut-outs are done by AI and can be imperfect.
